SAMPLE ORDERS:

Sample orders are encouraged to determine if you would like to place a bulk order with us. Please select the "Sample" button to place an order for a singular item. Single items ordered without selecting “Sample" will be declined and refunded back to your nominated account.

All bulk orders following sample orders will receive a $10 discount towards the remainder of their purchase.

PERSONALISATION INSTRUCTIONS:

To ensure efficient production times for your order, please include the correct spelling of every guest in the textbox provided, if you have chosen guest name personalisation. For design templates, please include dates, Couple Names and/or other relevant text you wish to inscribe. 

Delivery & Shipping Options:

FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100. Please contact us for express shipping rates on urgent orders to ensure shipping date can be achieved.  All express shipping orders include priority handling, production and shipping times with corresponding fees according to the product order and delivery location.

Please note additional fees will be added to PO box delivery addresses. Please get in contact with us BEFORE placing your order for additional shipping fee enquiries. Fees vary according to product orders and delivery location.

Production Time:

Please allow 14-21 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. This does not include transit time of third-party freight services. If your order is urgent, please send me a message and I will do my very best to help you.
